Once there, take Via dell'Esquilino, then turn left onto Via di Villa Peretti, and finally turn right onto Clivo Argentario. Mamertine Prison will be on your left at Clivo Argentario, 1.

    From the Termini Station, take Metro Line A (the orange line) towards Anagnina. Get off at the Barberini stop. From there, walk towards Piazza Barberini and continue onto Via delle Quattro Fontane. Turn right onto Via di San Nicola da Tolentino and then left onto Via del Tritone. Continue straight until you reach Piazza di Spagna. From there, head towards Via delle Carrozze, then turn left onto Via del Boccaccio. Follow this street which will lead you to Clivo Argentario, where you will find Mamertine Prison at number 1.
