The Mausoleo di Annia Regilla is located within this park, specifically at Via della Caffarella, 23. The walk from the metro station to the mausoleum should take around 20-25 minutes.

Alternatively, from 'Colosseo' metro station, you can take Bus 75 at the nearby bus stop. Ride the bus for about 10 stops and get off at 'Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano'.
