Start your journey at the nearest metro station, 'Colosseo' (Line B). Take the metro towards 'Laurentina' and get off at 'Piramide' station (approximately 3 stops). At Pyramide, transfer to bus line 118. Board the bus heading towards 'Parco degli Acquedotti'. After about 20 minutes, get off at the 'Appia Antica - Parco degli Acquedotti' stop. From there, follow the signs to the entrance of the Park of the Appian Way.

Walking
If you are near the Colosseum, you can walk to the Park of the Appian Way. Head southeast on Via di San Gregorio, continue onto Via di Porta San Sebastiano, then make your way to Via Appia Antica. The park entrance is approximately a 30-minute walk from the Colosseum, and you will see beautiful ancient ruins along the way.

Public Transport (Tram + Bus)
Begin at the nearest tram stop, 'Trastevere' (Line 8). Take the tram towards 'Piazza Venezia' and get off at 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, transfer to bus line 87 towards 'Termini' and get off at 'Appia Antica - Parco degli Acquedotti'. The bus ride will take around 25 minutes. Follow the signs to the park entrance upon arrival.

For a more active option, you can rent a bike from various rental shops around Rome. Head towards Via Appia Antica, which is about a 15-minute bike ride from the center of Rome. Follow the bike lanes along the route, and you will arrive at the Park of the Appian Way in approximately 30 minutes.
