If you're starting from Termini Station, take Metro Line B (Blue Line) towards Laurentina. Get off at the Colosseo station. From the Colosseo station, exit and walk towards the Colosseum, then take a left onto Via di San Gregorio. Continue walking straight until you reach the entrance to the Parco del Colosseo. Once inside, follow the signs to the Palatino area where you will find Ninfeo Degli Specchi.

If you are near the Colosseum, head towards the main entrance of the Colosseum. Once you are at the Colosseum, face the entrance and turn left. Walk down Via di San Gregorio for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance of Parco del Colosseo. Enter the park and follow the path leading to the Palatine Hill; Ninfeo Degli Specchi is located within this area.

If you are near Piazza Venezia, you can take Bus 75 or 81 from the stop 'Piazza Venezia'. Get off at the stop 'Colosseo'. From there, walk to the Colosseum as described above, then proceed to the Parco del Colosseo where you will find Ninfeo Degli Specchi.
