After a short walk, turn right onto Via di Tor Millina and continue until you reach the intersection with Via del Governo Vecchio. Turn left onto Via del Governo Vecchio and walk straight until you reach Piazza della Rotonda, where the Pantheon is located. From the Pantheon, exit towards Via della Rotonda and then turn right onto Via del Pantheon. After a few minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection with Via del Seminario. Turn left and follow Via del Seminario until you reach the intersection with Via del Corso. Cross Via del Corso and continue straight, where it becomes Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Follow this street until you reach the Tiber River. Once at the river, turn right and follow the path along the riverbank until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Via San Giovanni in Laterano. Turn left onto Via della Conciliazione, and finally, make a right onto Passetto del Biscione, where you will find the chapel.

If you prefer using public transport, start by taking Bus Line 30 from the nearest bus stop to your location. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele'. From there, walk towards Via dei Banchi Nuovi and follow it until you reach the intersection with Via del Governo Vecchio. Turn right on Via del Governo Vecchio and continue straight until you reach Piazza della Rotonda. From the Pantheon, exit towards Via della Rotonda and then turn right onto Via del Pantheon. After a few minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection with Via del Seminario. Turn left and follow Via del Seminario until you reach the intersection with Via del Corso. Cross Via del Corso and continue straight, where it becomes Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Follow this street until you reach the Tiber River.
