Walking
If you are starting from the Spanish Steps, head southeast on Via dei Condotti towards Piazza di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Continue straight until you reach Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina. From there, take Via dei Prefetti, which will lead you to Via del Corso. Turn left onto Via del Corso and walk until you reach the intersection with Via di San Silvestro. Turn right onto Via di San Silvestro, and you will find Piazza di San Silvestro at the end of the street.

If you are near the Termini Station, take Metro Line A (the red line) towards Battistini. Get off at the Barberini station. From Barberini, walk south on Via Vittorio Veneto, and then turn left onto Via del Tritone. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di San Silvestro. Turn right, and you will arrive at Piazza di San Silvestro.
