Walking
If you're starting from the iconic Piazza Navona, head southeast on Piazza Navona toward Via di Santa Maria dell'Anima. Continue straight onto Via di Santa Maria dell'Anima and then turn left onto Via della Scrofa. Walk until you reach Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, where you'll turn right. After a short distance, take a left onto Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via delle Fosse di Castello. Turn right onto Via delle Fosse di Castello, and you will soon see Piazza di Sant'Andrea della Valle ahead on your left.
