Getting There

  • Metro

    To reach Largo di Torre Argentina from the Colosseum, walk to the Colosseo Metro Station (Line B). Take the train towards Laurentina and get off at the Termini station (two stops). At Termini, transfer to Line A (the red line) towards Battistini. Get off at the Barberini station. From Barberini, it’s a 10-minute walk to Largo di Torre Argentina. Exit the station and head west on Via Vittorio Veneto, then turn left onto Via del Tritone. Continue until you reach Piazza di San Lorenzo in Lucina, then turn right onto Via della Scrofa which leads you directly to Largo di Torre Argentina.

  • Bus

    If you’re near the Vatican, walk to the stop at Piazza San Pietro and take bus number 64 towards Termini. Get off at the stop called 'Argentina'. From there, it’s just a short walk to Largo di Torre Argentina. After getting off the bus, walk back towards the main road and head left on Via di Torre Argentina, which leads you directly to Largo di Torre Argentina.

  • Walking

    If you are in the vicinity of Piazza Navona, you can walk to Largo di Torre Argentina in about 15 minutes. Start at Piazza Navona and head east on Via Agonale. Continue straight until you reach Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Cross the street, and continue straight onto Via di Torre Argentina. This road will take you directly to Largo di Torre Argentina.

  • Tram

    From the Trastevere area, walk to the Tram stop at Tram 8 (Piazza Ippolito Nievo). Take Tram 8 towards Viale Trastevere and get off at the stop 'Argentina'. Once you exit the tram, walk a few steps to your left to reach Largo di Torre Argentina.
