Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are near the city center, take Line B of the Metro (the blue line) towards Laurentina. Get off at the 'Piramide' station. From there, exit the station and walk towards the large white marble pyramid, known as the Pyramid of Cestius. Continue walking straight on Via di Porta San Paolo until you reach the intersection with Via Galvani, then turn left. Continue walking until you reach Piazza Testaccio, which is just a few minutes away.

  • Bus

    From the city center, find a bus stop that services routes 75, 170, or 780. Board any of these buses heading towards Testaccio or Ostiense. You will need to get off at the 'Testaccio' stop. Once you get off, walk straight ahead on Via Marmorata until you reach Piazza Testaccio, which will be on your right.

    If you are in the Trastevere area, you can walk to Piazza Testaccio. Head east on Via di Porta Settimiana, then turn left onto Lungotevere degli Anguillara.
