Once you exit the station, walk towards Via Ottaviano and then turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica. Continue straight until you reach the Vatican Museums entrance.     Take any bus that heads towards the Vatican City. You can catch buses 40, 62, or 81. Get off at the stop 'Piazza San Pietro' or 'Cavalleggeri - Musei Vaticani'.
