Continue straight until you reach the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, then walk towards Via Merulana. Follow this road until you reach Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II. From there, take the Via di Porta Maggiore, which will lead you to the Via del Velabro. Continue walking straight, and you will find San Giorgio in Velabro at Via del Velabro, 19.
Metro

If you are near a metro station, take Line B (Blue Line) to the 'Colosseo' stop. Exit the station and walk towards the Colosseum. From the Colosseum, follow the walking directions mentioned above to reach San Giorgio in Velabro.
Bus

You can take bus number 81 from various points in the city. Get off at the 'Piazza Venezia' stop. From there, walk towards the Monumento a Vittorio Emanuele II and continue along Via del Teatro di Marcello.
