Metro
If you are near a metro station, take Line B (blue line) towards Laurentina. Get off at the Colosseo (Colosseum) station. From there, walk towards the Colosseum, and as you exit the metro, take the Via dei Fori Imperiali street that runs in front of the Colosseum. Continue walking straight along this road for about 10 minutes, and you will reach Santi Cosma e Damiano on your left at Via dei Fori Imperiali, 1.
Bus
Catch a bus heading towards the Colosseo area. Bus lines 75, 81, or 175 will take you close to your destination. Get off at the stop 'Fori Imperiali' or 'Colosseo'. After getting off, head towards the Colosseum and then follow the Via dei Fori Imperiali street to the left. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you find Santi Cosma e Damiano on your left.
