    If you are starting from the Colosseum, head southeast on Via di San Giovanni in Laterano toward Piazza del Colosseo. Continue onto Via della Polveriera, then turn left onto Via di Villa Peretti. Walk straight until you reach Via dell'Impero. Turn right onto Via dell'Impero. Continue walking until you reach Piazza Venezia. From Piazza Venezia, take Via del Corso and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via dei Fori Imperiali. Turn left onto Via dei Fori Imperiali and continue walking until you see the Arch of Septimius Severus on your right, located at Via dell'Arco di Settimio.

    If you are at the Roman Forum, exit the Forum through the Via Sacra exit. Head towards the Via dei Fori Imperiali. Walk straight along Via dei Fori Imperiali, and you will see the Arch of Septimius Severus on your left side as you approach the intersection with Via dell'Arco di Settimio.
