If you are near a Metro station, take Line B (Blue Line) to the 'Colosseo' station. Exit the station and walk towards the Colosseum. From there, head northeast along Via di San Giovanni in Laterano until you reach the intersection with Via della Salara Vecchia. Turn left onto Via della Salara Vecchia, and you will find Basilica Emilia at number 5/6.
Bus
Take any bus that stops at the 'Colosseo' stop, such as bus numbers 87, 175, or 81. After getting off, walk towards the Colosseum and then along Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Turn left onto Via della Salara Vecchia, and Basilica Emilia will be on your left at number 5/6.

If you are already in the historic center, simply walk towards the Colosseum. Once there, head northeast along Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. As you walk, look for the turn onto Via della Salara Vecchia; it is just a short walk away. Basilica Emilia will be located at number 5/6 on your left side.

You can easily catch a taxi from any point in Rome. Inform the driver to take you to 'Basilica Emilia, Via della Salara Vecchia 5/6'. The taxi will drop you off right at the entrance of the basilica.
