Walking
If you are near the Colosseum, start by heading west on Via di San Gregorio. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Labicana. Turn left onto Via Labicana and walk until you reach the intersection with Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Turn right onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano and continue until you reach the intersection with Via dell'Esquilino. Turn left onto Via dell'Esquilino, which will lead you to the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, turn right and walk along the riverbank until you see Tiber Island in the distance. Cross the bridge leading to the island.

From Termini Station, take Bus 40 or 64, both of which go towards St. Peter’s Basilica. Get off at the 'Largo di Torre Argentina' stop.
