Getting there

Walking

If you are near the Colosseum, start by heading west on Via di San Gregorio. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Labicana. Turn left onto Via Labicana and walk until you reach the intersection with Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Turn right onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano and continue until you reach the intersection with Via dell'Esquilino. Turn left onto Via dell'Esquilino, which will lead you to the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, turn right and walk along the riverbank until you see Tiber Island in the distance. Cross the bridge leading to the island.

Public Transport (Bus)

From Termini Station, take Bus 40 or 64, both of which go towards St. Peter’s Basilica. Get off at the 'Largo di Torre Argentina' stop. From there, walk south on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II until you reach the Tiber River. Turn left and follow the riverbank until you see Tiber Island ahead. Cross the bridge to access the island.

Public Transport (Metro)

Take Metro Line B (blue line) from any nearby station and get off at the 'Colosseo' station. Exit the station and head west towards Via di San Gregorio. Walk straight until you reach the Tiber River, then turn right. Follow the riverbank until you see Tiber Island and cross the bridge to access it.
