From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes straight to reach the entrance of Via Appia Antica.

If you are near the Colosseum, which is a popular tourist site, you can walk to Via Appia Antica. Start at the Colosseum and head south on Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Appia Nuova, then turn left. Follow Via Appia Nuova for about 1 km. You will eventually see the entrance to Via Appia Antica on your right. This walk will take approximately 25-30 minutes, but you'll enjoy beautiful sights along the way.
