Walking
From the Colosseo (Colosseum), exit the main entrance and turn left onto Via di San Gregorio. Continue walking straight for approximately 5 minutes. You will pass the entrance to the Roman Forum on your left. Keep walking straight until you reach the entrance to Palatine Hill. The entrance is located at Parco archeologico del Colosseo, Via di S. Gregorio, 30. Please note that there is an entrance fee to Palatine Hill, which you can purchase at the ticket office or online at https://ticketing.colosseo.it/. The site is well-signposted, so you should have no trouble finding it.

Public Transport (Bus)
If you prefer to take public transport, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via di San Gregorio. From here, board bus number 75 or 81. You will need to get off at the stop called 'Colosseo'. From this bus stop, it is just a short walk back to Via di San Gregorio and then follow the same walking directions to the Palatine Hill entrance. Keep in mind that a single ticket for public transportation in Rome costs €1.50 and is valid for 100 minutes.
