If you are near the Termini Station, take Line B (Blue Line) in the direction of Laurentina. Get off at the Colosseo stop, which is about 4 stops away. Once you exit the metro station, follow the signs towards Piazza del Colosseo. You'll see the Colosseum directly in front of you.

You can take bus number 75, 81, or 673. If you're near the Termini Station, head to the bus stop located outside the station. Board any of these buses and get off at the stop 'Colosseo'. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to Piazza del Colosseo where the Colosseum is located.

Walking
If you are in the area around Piazza Venezia, you can walk to the Colosseum. Head southeast on Via dei Fori Imperiali, which will lead you directly to the Colosseum. The walk takes about 15-20 minutes, and you will pass beautiful historical sites along the way.

Take Tram 3 from the Trastevere area towards Val di Sole. Get off at the stop 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore'. From there, you can transfer to bus number 105 towards 'Colosseo'. Get off at the 'Colosseo' stop and you'll find yourself right at the entrance of the Colosseum.
