Metro
Take Line B (the blue line) from Roma Termini station towards Laurentina. Get off at the second stop, Cavour. Once you exit the station, walk straight down Via Cavour for about 5 minutes until you reach Piazza del Grillo, which will be on your right.
Bus
From the nearest bus stop, Cavour/Via dei Serpenti, take bus number 75 towards Stazione Ostiense. Get off at the next stop, Piazza della Repubblica. From there, walk down Via Nazionale for about 10 minutes, then take a left onto Via di Villa Peretti, which leads directly to Piazza del Grillo.
Walking
If you are in the area of the Colosseum, head northwest on Via dei Fori Imperiali. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Piazza del Grillo. It's a short and pleasant walk filled with sights of ancient Rome.
