If you're starting from the Vatican City, walk towards the Piazza San Pietro and exit through the colonnade. Head down Via della Conciliazione, which will lead you directly to the Tiber River. Cross the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge, and enjoy the view of the castle. Once across the bridge, continue straight onto Lungotevere Castello. After a short walk, turn left onto Via di Panico. Follow this street until you reach Piazza Navona, which will be on your right.
