If you're staying in central Rome, you can easily walk to the Sistine Chapel. Start by heading towards the Vatican City. If you're near St. Peter's Basilica, simply walk past the basilica towards the Vatican Museums entrance. Once you reach the entrance of the Vatican Museums, you will need to purchase a ticket to enter, as the Sistine Chapel is located inside the museums. After entering, follow the signs to the Chapel, which is at the end of the museum route.
