If you are near a metro station, make your way to the 'Colosseo' station on Line B. From the station, exit and walk towards the Colosseum. Once you reach the Colosseum, continue walking straight on Via di San Giovanni in Laterano until you reach Via dei Fori Imperiali. Trajan's Column will be on your left as you walk towards the Roman Forum.

From the Trevi Fountain, head northwest on Via delle Muratte towards Via del Tritone, then turn right onto Via del Tritone and continue until you reach Piazza Barberini. From Piazza Barberini, walk along Via Vittorio Veneto, then turn left onto Via dei Fori Imperiali. Trajan's Column will be on your right after you pass the Roman Forum.
