Car
If you are driving from Gallipoli, take the SS101 towards Lecce. Follow the signs for Lecce and merge onto the SS16. As you approach Lecce, take the exit for 'Centro' and follow the signs towards Piazza D'Italia. You will find Porta San Biagio at Piazza D'Italia, which is a prominent historical landmark in the city center.
Public Transportation
From Otranto, take the regional train towards Lecce. The train journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Lecce train station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop. Take bus number 3 or 5, which will take you directly to Piazza D'Italia. Get off at the 'Piazza D'Italia' stop, and you will find Porta San Biagio right in front of you.
Walking
If you are already in Lecce and near the historical center, you can walk to Piazza D'Italia. From the Lecce Cathedral, head northwest on Via Giuseppe Libertini, then turn left onto Via XX Settembre. Continue straight until you reach Piazza D'Italia. Porta San Biagio will be visible as you approach the square.
