    Walking

    Start at the main square of San Gimignano, Piazza della Cisterna. From the square, head towards the narrow street called Via San Giovanni. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via Vecchia. Turn left onto Via Vecchia, and continue walking. You will come across a sign pointing towards the bus station. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the bus stop, which is approximately a 10-minute walk.

    At the bus station in San Gimignano, purchase a ticket to Florence. The bus service is provided by the company 'Tiemme'. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride, which takes around 1 hour. Once you arrive in Florence, disembark at the main bus terminal.

    Walking

    From the Florence bus terminal, exit and walk towards Piazza della Libertà. Head northwest on Via Santa Caterina da Siena, then turn left onto Via dei Fanti. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Libertà. The square will be on your right side. You will know you are there when you see the large roundabout and the beautiful historical buildings surrounding the square.
