Volterra and San Gimignano From Florence
Amazing tuscan day trip
We had such a great time on this tour! Volterra was peaceful and full of charm, and San Gimignano was just stunning. The guide was super friendly and informative, and the whole day felt relaxed but well-organized. Lunch was delicious—local food and wine in a beautiful setting. So much history in Florence! The ancient, the beautiful and priceless, and the tragic. We wanted to learn about the period of WWII. Our guide was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and eventually agreeable to divert the walking tour to an outdoor cafe on a too-warm May evening. A lovely first evening in Florence.
