Walking
From the Piazza del Campo in Siena, head northwest on Via di Città toward Via Banchi di Sopra. Continue on Via Banchi di Sopra until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn right onto Via Roma and walk until you reach the bus station at Piazza Gramsci. From there, take the bus to Sant'Appiano (Line 130). Get off at the stop 'Sant'Appiano'. After disembarking, walk southwest on Via di San Appiano for about 500 meters until you reach Località San Appiano, 11, where Agriturismo Fattoria Sant'Appiano is located.

If you are near the Siena train station, walk to the nearby bus terminal. Look for the bus services heading to Sant'Appiano (Line 130). Purchase a ticket at the ticket counter or from the machine. Board the bus, and after approximately 30 minutes, alight at the 'Sant'Appiano' stop. From the bus stop, head southwest on Via di San Appiano, walking about 500 meters to reach Agriturismo Fattoria Sant'Appiano at Località San Appiano, 11.
