Bus
From the central bus station of Siena (Piazza Gramsci), you can take the bus to Vagliagli. Look for the bus line that goes towards Castellina in Chianti and get off at the Vagliagli stop. Once you get off, Borgo Scopeto Winery is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Head northwest on Via di Vagliagli, then turn right onto Località Cagliano. Follow the road until you see the winery.

You can easily grab a taxi from anywhere in Siena. Just tell the driver you want to go to Borgo Scopeto Winery located in Località Cagliano, Vagliagli. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

If you are feeling adventurous and are staying close to the outskirts of Siena, you can walk to Borgo Scopeto Winery. Start from the city center and head toward the southern exit of Siena at Porta Romana. Continue on the road, following the signs to Vagliagli, and after about an hour of walking, you will reach Località Cagliano, where the winery is located.
