    Getting There

    Walking

    If you are starting from the Piazza del Campo, head towards the north side of the square and take Via di Città. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Banchi di Sopra. Turn left onto Via Banchi di Sopra and follow the street until you reach Piazza del Duomo, which will be on your right. The Facciatone is located at the top of the Duomo; you will see signs directing you to the entrance.

    From the Siena Train Station, take the bus number 10 or 20 towards 'Piazza Gramsci'. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Piazza Gramsci stop, walk towards the historical center. Follow the signs to Piazza del Campo, then from there, follow the walking directions provided above to reach the Facciatone.

    If you are near the Basilica di San Domenico, head south down Via San Domenico. Continue straight until you hit the intersection with Via della Sapienza, and then turn left.
