From the city center of Siena, walk to the bus station located at Piazza Gramsci. Look for the bus lines heading to Montalcino; the bus number 114 frequently goes to this area. Purchase your ticket from the ticket office or the automatic machines. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride which takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Montalcino stop. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 km. Head southwest on Via Mazzini, then turn right onto Via di Cencioni. Continue until you reach Loc. Capanna, where Capanna of Cencioni is located.
