Getting There

    From Siena, you can take a bus to Gaiole in Chianti. Head to the Siena Bus Station (Stazione degli Autobus) located near Piazza Gramsci. Look for the bus company 'Tiemme' that operates routes to Gaiole. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Gaiole in Chianti, disembark at the main bus stop.

  • Walking

    After getting off the bus in Gaiole in Chianti, walk towards the main square (Piazza G. Marconi). From there, head east on Via della Repubblica. Continue on this road, which will turn into LocalitĂ  Madonna a Brolio. The walk is approximately 3 kilometers and takes about 40-50 minutes. Follow the signs for Castello di Brolio, which will guide you to the entrance of the castle.

  • Bicycle Rental

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Siena. After taking the bus to Gaiole in Chianti, you can cycle from the bus stop to Castello di Brolio.
