Walking
From the Piazza del Campo in Siena, head northwest towards Via di Città. Continue along Via di Città until you reach the intersection with Via dei Montanini. Turn left onto Via dei Montanini, and keep walking until you reach the gate of Porta Romana. Go through the Porta Romana gate and follow the road straight ahead. This road will eventually lead you to the Str. di Leonina. Asciano is about 25 minutes away on foot from this point.
Public Transport
From the central bus station in Siena, take the bus line that goes to Asciano. Buses to Asciano are relatively frequent, so check the schedule at the bus station. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Asciano bus station, walk towards Str. di Leonina, which is about a 15-minute walk from the station. Just follow the signs to the main road, and you will reach your destination.
