  From the Piazza del Campo in Siena, head northwest on Via di Città. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Sapienza. Turn left onto Via della Sapienza and walk until you reach the intersection with Via Porrione. Turn right onto Via Porrione and continue until you reach the end of the street where it merges with Via di San Francesco. Follow this road until you see the signs for Pienza. After about 10-15 minutes, you will reach the bus station. Take the bus to Pienza, which takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Pienza, walk straight ahead to Piazza Pio II, where you will find Palazzo Piccolomini.
