Starting from the Piazza del Campo, face the Palazzo Pubblico. Take the Via di Città, which is the main street leading away from the square. Continue straight along this street for about 5 minutes. As you walk, you will pass various shops and cafés. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you towards 'Piazza del Mercato'. When you reach the intersection, turn left onto Via dei Pellegrini. After a short walk, you will see the entrance to Piazza del Mercato on your right. It is a charming square located just a few steps away from the main street.

If you are starting from the Basilica di San Domenico, exit the basilica and turn left. Walk down the hill towards the historical center, following the signs to 'Piazza del Mercato'. When you reach the bottom of the hill, take a right onto Via delle Terme. Continue straight for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Piazza del Mercato, which is a bustling market square surrounded by lovely buildings.
