From Piazza del Campo, head towards the north exit of the square. Continue straight onto Via di Città. Walk for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Via Banchi di Sopra. Turn left onto Via Banchi di Sopra and walk for approximately 3 minutes. You will see the impressive Duomo di Siena on your right. The Santa Maria della Scala museum is located right next to the Duomo at Piazza del Duomo, 1.

If you are at the Siena Train Station, exit the station and follow the signs for the bus station. Take Bus 3 towards 'Siena Centro' and get off at the stop 'Piazza Gramsci'. From there, walk towards Piazza del Campo (about 10 minutes). Once at Piazza del Campo, follow the previous directions towards the Duomo. The museum will be right next to it.
