Walking
From the Piazza del Campo, head northwest towards Via di Città. Continue straight on Via di Città for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via della Sapienza. Turn left onto Via della Sapienza, and after about 250 meters, you will find the Siena Guided Tour office on your left.

If you're near the Siena Cathedral (Duomo di Siena), exit the cathedral and turn right onto Via del Sette. Walk straight for about 400 meters, and then turn right onto Via di Città. Continue for another 300 meters, and then make a left onto Via della Sapienza. The Siena Guided Tour office will be on your left.

Starting from the Fortezza Medicea, head east and exit the fortress grounds. Turn left onto Viale Vittorio Emanuele. Walk for about 600 meters until you reach Piazza del Campo. From there, follow the first walking direction to Via di Città and Via della Sapienza to find the Siena Guided Tour office.
