Take the Metro towards Piscinola and get off at the Toledo station. From Toledo station, exit onto Via Toledo, a major shopping street. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza del Plebiscito. From there, head towards Via Santa Lucia, and then take a left onto Via Nilo. Piazzetta Nilo will be on your right. The entire journey should take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the wait times for trains and walking pace.
