From the main square of Taormina, Piazza IX Aprile, head down Via Giuseppe Garibaldi towards the coast. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Umberto I. Turn left onto Corso Umberto I and walk down the street. After a few minutes, you will reach the bus terminal on Via Luigi Pirandello. From here, take a local bus to Milazzo, which is approximately a 40-minute ride. The bus will drop you off near the port of Milazzo.

At the Taormina bus terminal, purchase a ticket to Milazzo. Once you arrive in Milazzo, exit the bus and head towards the waterfront. You can walk to Castello di Milazzo by following the promenade along the coast. The castle is located on a hilltop, so you will need to follow Salita Castello, which leads directly to the entrance.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can ask at your hotel or find a taxi at a designated taxi stand in Taormina. Inform the driver that you would like to go to Castello di Milazzo. The journey will take about 40 minutes, depending on traffic, and will take you directly to the castle entrance.
