From the main square of Taormina, Piazza IX Aprile, head down Via Giuseppe Garibaldi towards the coast. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Umberto I. Turn left onto Corso Umberto I and walk down the street. After a few minutes, you will reach the bus terminal on Via Luigi Pirandello. From here, take a local bus to Milazzo, which is approximately a 40-minute ride. The bus will drop you off near the port of Milazzo.
