Walking
If you are starting from the main square in Taormina, Piazza IX Aprile, head south on Corso Umberto I. As you approach the end of Corso Umberto I, look for the signs directing you to Teatro Antico di Taormina. Turn left onto Via Teatro Greco and walk for another 300 meters. You will see the entrance to the Teatro Antico di Taormina on your right. The journey should take around 15-20 minutes.

Public Transport (Funicular)
If you are located at the bottom of Taormina (near the beach), take the funicular railway up to Taormina. The funicular station is located at Via Luigi Pirandello. Once you arrive at the top station, exit and head towards Corso Umberto I. From there, follow the previous walking directions towards Teatro Antico di Taormina. The funicular ride takes about 5 minutes, and from the top, it will take you roughly 10-15 minutes to reach the theater.
