If you are traveling by car, start from Bolzano (Bozen), which is about 25 kilometers away from Mendel Pass. Take the SS12 road towards Terlano (Terlan) and follow the signs for Mendola. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach Mendola. From there, follow the signs to the Mendel Pass. You will have to pay for parking, which usually costs around €5 per day.

To reach Mendel Pass using public transportation, start from Bolzano's main train station. Take a bus (Line 134) towards Mendola. The bus ride takes approximately 40 minutes.
