Walking
From the city center (Piazza Unità d'Italia), head east toward Via Guglielmo Oberdan. Turn right onto Via Guglielmo Oberdan and walk straight until you reach the end of the street. Turn left onto Via della Libertà and continue walking for about 800 meters. You will come to a roundabout; take the second exit onto Viale Miramare. Walk for approximately 1 km until you reach Piazzale Marinai d'Italia. The Statue of Nazario Sauro is located in the piazzale, which is a prominent landmark in this area.

Public Transport
From the main bus station (Stazione Autobus Trieste), take bus number 6 toward 'Barcola'. Get off at the stop 'Piazzale Marinai d'Italia'. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you exit the bus, the Statue of Nazario Sauro will be directly in front of you, as it is located in the piazzale.

From the Trieste Centrale train station, take Tram line 2 toward 'Cattinara'. Get off at the stop 'Miramare'. From Miramare, walk along the coastal path for about 15 minutes until you reach Piazzale Marinai d'Italia. The Statue of Nazario Sauro will be at the end of the piazzale.
