Turn right onto Via del Teatro Romano, and continue until you see the ancient Roman Theatre on your left. After viewing the theatre, continue straight to the end of the street, where you will find a small pathway leading to Piazza del Barbacan. Arco di Riccardo will be located in this square.

Begin at the Trieste Centrale train station. Take the bus number 20 from the station towards 'Piazza della Libertà'. Get off at the 'Piazza della Libertà' stop. From there, walk towards Via San Nicolò, and continue walking straight until you reach Via del Teatro Romano. Turn left, and follow the road until you see the ancient Roman Theatre. After exploring, proceed straight ahead to reach Piazza del Barbacan, where Arco di Riccardo is located.
