If you are near the Porta Nuova railway station, exit the station and walk west on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach Piazza Castello. From Piazza Castello, head towards Via Palazzo di Città, which is located to the northwest of the square. Walk down Via Palazzo di Città for about 300 meters, and you will find the Real Chiesa di San Lorenzo on your left at Via Palazzo di Città, 6.

To reach Real Chiesa di San Lorenzo using public transport, board the Metro Line 1 at the Porta Nuova station heading towards Fermi. Get off at the 'Re Umberto' station. From there, exit the station and walk north toward Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Turn right and walk down Corso Vittorio Emanuele II until you reach Piazza Castello. From Piazza Castello, head to Via Palazzo di Città and the church will be located at number 6 on your left side, just a short walk away.
