If you are traveling by car, head towards Mals (Malles Venosta). From Mals, take the SP 5 road towards Schlinig. Follow the signs for Schlinig, and as you drive, enjoy the scenic views of Val Venosta. Once you reach Schlinig, continue on the road until you see the signs for Abbey of Monte Maria. The abbey is located at Schlinig 1, 39024 Malles Venosta BZ. There is parking available near the abbey, but it is advisable to arrive early during peak tourist seasons.
