At the campo, turn right and head down 'Calle della Fava'. Follow this street until you reach 'Campo S.S. Giovanni e Paolo'. The basilica will be on your right.

From the nearest Vaporetto stop, take line 1 or line 2 towards 'Rialto'. Get off at the 'Rialto' stop. Once you disembark, head towards 'Calle dei Stagneri' and then turn left onto 'Merceria' street. Continue straight until you reach 'Campo Santa Maria Formosa'. From there, turn right and follow 'Calle della Fava' to 'Campo S.S. Giovanni e Paolo', where you will find the basilica.
