If you are near the Rialto Bridge, head east along the Ruga degli Orefici until you reach the Campo San Bartolomeo. From there, continue towards the Campo dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo, which should take about 10 minutes. The Basilica will be located in the square, easily visible.

From St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), exit towards the Basilica di San Marco and walk straight through the Calle Larga XXII Marzo until you reach the Grand Canal. Turn left and walk along the canal until you reach the Ponte di Rialto. Cross the bridge and head straight onto Ruga degli Orefici. Continue to Campo S.S. Giovanni e Paolo, which will be on your right. This journey takes approximately 20-25 minutes.

If you are at the train station, Santa Lucia, exit and walk towards the Grand Canal. Take the Vaporetto (water bus) Line 1 towards Lido or Line 2 towards San Marco. Get off at the stop 'Rialto'. From there, follow the directions provided in the previous option to reach the Basilica. The whole trip should take about 30 minutes, including waiting time.
