Walking
If you are in the Castello area, you can easily walk to Foresteria Valdese Venezia. Start at the nearest Vaporetto stop, which is either 'Giardini' or 'Arsenale'. From 'Giardini', head west on Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi until you reach the intersection. Turn right into Via Garibaldi and continue straight until you reach the first bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight along the path. When you see a small square, turn left, and you will be on Calle del Paradiso. Follow this street until it ends at a larger street, then turn right. Finally, continue on this street, and you will see Palazzo Cavagnis on your left at Sestiere Castello 5170.

If you prefer to take the Vaporetto, find the nearest stop. Board line 1 or line 5.1 towards 'San Marco' or 'Piazza San Marco'. Alight at the 'Arsenale' stop. From there, head east along the waterfront, then turn left onto Via Garibaldi. Continue straight until you reach the smaller streets. Follow the directions provided above to reach Foresteria Valdese Venezia. Note that a single Vaporetto ticket costs approximately €7.50.
