If you are starting from Piazza San Marco, head southwest towards the 'Piazza San Marco' vaporetto (water bus) stop. Take the Line 1 vaporetto towards 'Ferrovia' and get off at 'Fondamenta Nove'. From there, walk south along the Fondamenta Nove waterfront until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach Campo Santa Maria Formosa. Here, turn left and walk towards Calle Larga XXII Marzo. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de l'Ascensione. Turn right and follow this street until you reach a small square. Palazzo Priuli Manfrin will be on your right at Fondamenta Venier, 342.
