If you are starting from the famous Piazza San Marco (St. Mark's Square), head northwest towards Calle Larga XI Febbraio. Continue straight, and you will come across the Rialto Bridge (Ponte di Rialto). Cross the bridge, and once you reach the other side, continue straight along the street (Mercerie) until you reach the intersection with Calle della Bissa. Turn left onto Calle della Bissa, and follow it until you reach the Campo San Bartolomeo. From there, continue towards the Campo dei Mori and take the narrow alley to your right that leads to the Ghetto area. Keep following the signs towards the Ghetto until you reach the Ghetto Vecchio.
