Walking
If you are starting from the famous Piazza San Marco (St. Mark's Square), head northwest towards Calle Larga XI Febbraio. Continue straight, and you will come across the Rialto Bridge (Ponte di Rialto). Cross the bridge, and once you reach the other side, continue straight along the street (Mercerie) until you reach the intersection with Calle della Bissa. Turn left onto Calle della Bissa, and follow it until you reach the Campo San Bartolomeo. From there, continue towards the Campo dei Mori and take the narrow alley to your right that leads to the Ghetto area. Keep following the signs towards the Ghetto until you reach the Ghetto Vecchio. The Sinagoga Levantina will be located at Cl. Ghetto Vecchio, 1154.

If you are near the train station (Venezia Santa Lucia), exit the station and head towards the large bridge (Ponte della Costituzione). Cross the bridge and straight ahead, you will enter the Piazzale Roma. From there, follow the signs towards the Ghetto. Take the first right onto Strada Nova and continue straight until you reach the Ghetto area. Once you are in the Ghetto, follow the signs to Cl. Ghetto Vecchio. The Sinagoga Levantina is located at Cl. Ghetto Vecchio, 1154.

From the Grand Canal, if you are near the Fondamenta Nuove Vaporetto stop, exit and head south towards the Ghetto area. Walk through the narrow streets, following the signs to the Ghetto.
