Cross the canal using the Ponte di Rialto and turn right onto Calle del Rimedio. Follow this street as it curves left into Calle della Madonna. Continue straight until you reach Campo dei Mori, where you will find a small canal. Turn left and follow the water until you see the sign for 'Ghetto' pointing you toward the right. Follow this path until you reach the entrance to the Jewish Ghetto, where you will find Sotoportego de Gheto Novo.

If you are starting from St. Mark's Square, head north towards the Calle del Ferron and continue until you reach the Grand Canal. Turn right and follow the canal until you reach the Ponte della Costituzione. Cross the bridge and walk straight through the narrow streets, keeping an eye out for signs leading to the Ghetto. You can follow the signs that read 'Ghetto' as they will guide you to the Sotoportego de Gheto Novo. You will eventually arrive at the Ghetto area and Sotoportego de Gheto Novo will be nearby.
