Once on the mainland, follow signs for 'Piazzale Roma', the main car terminal in Venice. Note that parking in Venice is limited and can be expensive; you can park at the Tronchetto parking facility for around €21 per day. After parking, walk to Piazzale Roma and take the Vaporetto (water bus) Line 1 or Line 2 towards 'San Marco'. Get off at the 'San Stae' stop.
