If you are near the Arsenale area in Castello, head towards the main road, Via Garibaldi. Walk straight along Via Garibaldi until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Pietà. Turn left onto Calle de la Pietà and continue walking until you reach Campo S.S. Giovanni e Paolo. The Basilica will be located on your left at the end of the square. This walk should take around 15-20 minutes.

From the Rialto Bridge, make your way to the Vaporetto (waterbus) stop at Rialto. Take Line 1 towards San Zaccaria. Disembark at the stop called 'Ospedale'. From there, walk straight along Fondamenta dei Mendicanti, then take a right onto Calle del Fabbri. Continue straight until you reach Campo S.S. Giovanni e Paolo. The Basilica is located on the square. This route will take approximately 25-30 minutes.

If you find yourself near the Grand Canal, you can take the Vaporetto. Board Line 1 at any nearby stop heading towards San Zaccaria. Disembark at the 'Ospedale' stop. From there, walk along Fondamenta dei Mendicanti and turn onto Calle del Fabbri. Continue straight until you arrive at Campo S.S. Giovanni e Paolo. The Basilica will be visible ahead. The Vaporetto ride costs €7.50 for a single journey.
